Oh goodness!  It has been forever since I’ve posted something on here!

If there is still someone out there who checks my blog from time to time, please know I’m sorry it’s been so long since I’ve said hi.

Hi.

Well… What’s new?  I have been a busy bee.  With school & extracurricular activities starting up, I am out-of-control busy!  Between 5 dance classes, 2 nights of cheer practice, a football game for cheer, and (soon enough) church classes on Wednesdays, I’m beat!  But, even though I’ve been busy, I’m still having fun.  Well, kinda. (ha)

Moving along..

Another thing I’ve been busy doing… Sewing!  Remember last year when I sewed a blanket and pillow for my daughter to take to her Mother’s Day Out program?  Well, after that, me and my good friend, Darcie, went sewing crazy!  We’ve blown up our CCs getting all the cutest boutique fabric we can get our hands on.  Sewing, sewing, sewing.  So much fun!  So much fun in fact that we decided to open an etsy shop so we could help our new found love grow!  Please check out LaLa Lemon Clothing Co on esty and take a peek around!  We don’t even have 1/2 of the stuff we’ve made up there…  But, don’t worry, it’s coming!  :)

He may not have on blue suede shoes, but he is still rocking it out!

Photographing smiling babies like this makes me so happy!  If only I could have audio at the sweet giggles she was making… Melts the heart!

So, I’m in my back yard (which as you can obviously tell from the picture above, is totally under gardening construction) and I’m clipping away at this bush that has been overtaken by an out of control vining weed… And, I hear the words: Look at this, Mommy!

Oh-my-goodness!  I was so lost in my clipping that I hadn’t even noticed that she had turned on the water hose, dressed herself in a protective eye gear, and armed herself with a water hose!  Our tiny, defenseless newborn blueberry bush had no chance against this determined little girl!  Poor fella was totally ambushed by the water gushing at it a hundred gallons by the second (okay, I’m over exaggerating, but still… You can tell the bush is about to tip over by the force of the water!).

The look on her face just cracked me up – She was soooo serious!  Of course, I told her to not move an inch while I ran off to grab my camera!

Ooooh, the faces a child will make for her mother and her camera… Just melts the heart, doesn’t it?!

Poor little guy barely survived the beating.

I’m hoping she (and my other 2 girls) will give me more laughs like this while my husband and I continue to work on our hideous backyard!  It makes the annoyance of weeds and disaster slightly less annoying. Slightly.

I’ve been taking pictures of this little guy for the past 2 years and he never changes….  He is full of energy, personality, and adoration for his two wonderful parents!   I’m lucky that I keep getting to photograph them!

From this morning..  Sweet 5 day old baby girl.

Accordions are totally in… Did you know?  Not the traditional ones that play music — although I do actually think those are pretty neat too… Neat enough that I even bought my youngest two daughters accordions for Christmas — but! I’m talking about accordion inspired items!  I’ve got two new products this year that are accordion style and they totally rock out my 2011 line-up!

The Accordion Brag Book

This little baby is packed will all kinds of exciting elements…  It’s wallet sized so it easily fits into your purse.  And because of it’s small size, it can be whipped out for a quick session of child bragging at a moment’s notice.  It features a gorgeous custom designed cover featuring your favorite image as the main attraction.  Nifty fan folded accordion style linen pages unfold to display more of your photos.  Oh, it’s also magnetic.  Which of course means that you can display it on your fridge at home or at the office on a filing cabinet… And you get the option to buy in sets of 3, which makes them the perfect grandparent gift.  Completely cool product.

The Accordion Album

Similar to the Accordion Brag Book… Only bigger and a lot more awe power!  It’s 4×8 in size and features a custom designed photo cover!  The size of this product is so unusually interesting which makes it unlike any other album you’ve seen before!  It also features fan folded accordion style linen pages like the Brag Book… only  much, much bigger!

The large pages give full spread images quite the awesome visual impact…

This album is a fun alternate to my other album (which will be pictured in my next post) for a couple of reasons…  It has a very fun, unique size.  And, it’s priced perfectly for not breaking the budget.

Wow… I’ve been away for far too long! I forced myself to completely shut down over the holiday season (literally had to not open my email or listen to voicemails), so I could spend some much needed time with my family.  But, surprisingly, the resting went by fast and now it’s time to get back to communicating with you all!

I’m super excited to be back actually… I’ve got some fresh, new products to show for my 2011 line-up!  I’m thrilled to offer these new high-end products and I really believe that once you SEE them in person, you will fall in love with them just like I did!

The Chromolux Panel

This little baby is so sleek. So modern. And, so incredibly glossy.  Really, it takes gloss to a higher level!  It’s your image printed directly onto a wooden panel and then finished off with a super high gloss.  And to make it even more awesome, it has an easel built right onto the back of it… It’s a glossy photo and frame all-in-one!  So fun!

I tried to capture the gloss with my lens, but I really couldn’t get it just right… You really have to see this product to get the full affect of it’s wow-factor.

The Metal Print

This product is uh-maaaaaze-ing….  I couldn’t stop staring at it when I first laid eyes and hands on it.  It’s just so… so unique.  And, so gorgeous.

It’s your image printed directly onto a sheer aluminum panel…  Very shiny. Bits of metal peeking through the image giving it an extremely distinct look.  Clean rounded edges.  And, hello?  Did I mention, it’s METAL?!?  So awesome.

And, the cool thing is that there are several ways to display this type of print…  On the wall using either brackets or a frosted frame (not pictured on this post) OR by using this very sleek Ice Block Stand for desktop display:

I’m loving this brand new dress style just released by CourtneyCourtney!  A comfy cowl neck dress made from all recycled materials: old shirts!  So fun and extremely unique!  Wearing it definitely gets heads turning and other mommies asking “Where did you get that adorable dress?!“…  Which, of course, never gets old!  : D

Sweet, little ruffle detail on this dress too…  And the pattern on this particular dress’ sleeves is divine, in my opinion!  I just love how it adds a little soft element to the dress!  Adorable!

I can’t believe it…  Summer is officially over and Monday we head back to school!  I’m excited about what this school year will bring… My oldest is starting middle school and my middle child is starting kinder!  Should be an interesting year, to say the least!!
